Concentric cabble the phase conductor are stranded copper conductor or aluminum conductor, with XLPE insulation by a concentric layer of plain annealed solid copper neutral conductors, an XLPE insulated and plain annealed solid strand bare copper earth conductors and a black XLPE outer sheath.
