Application field

These cables are used for power supply in low-voltage installation systems and are suitable for installation in indoor and outdoor, cable ducts, underground, power and exchange stations, local energy distribution, and industrial plants without mechanical damage.

construction

1. Conductor

The conductor shall be Class 1 or Class 2 of ordinary or metal coated annealed copper or plain aluminum or aluminum alloy, or Class 5 of ordinary or metal coated copper in accordance with IEC 60228

2. Insulation

The material and thickness of XLPE should meet the requirements of IEC 60502 or BS 5467, and can work continuously at 90°C.

3. Assembly/inner cover

The inner cover can be squeezed or ground. For cables with round cores, except for cables with more than five cores, the use of overlapping inner coverings is only allowed when the gap between the cores has been substantially filled. Before applying the extruded inner cover layer, it is allowed to use a suitable adhesive. The material should be compatible with the insulating material, and the material used for the inner covering and filling layer should be suitable for the working temperature of the cable and compatible with the insulating material; for halogen-free cables, the inner covering and filling layer should also be halogen-free compounds.

4. Armor

According to IEC 60502-1, aluminum/galvanized steel/steel wire is spirally wound on the inner cover, and double aluminum/steel tape and copper/tinned copper wire can also be manufactured according to requirements.

There are 3 fire protection grades to choose from

Grade A is the highest flame retardant grade. That is, the insulating material used in the cable, the filling rope, the fastening (inner pad) tape/layer and the sheath material are all flame retardant materials.

Except for insulating materials, all other materials of Class B are flame retardant materials.

C grade only the sheath material is flame retardant
