Applications

Used for power transmission and distribution line with voltage rated at 35kV and below.Compared with PVC Insulated Power Cable, xlpe power cable boasts not only characteristics of excellent electricity, mechanism, heat and aging-resistant, environment stress-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, but also simple structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long-term working.

such as high rise buildings and apartments, airports, shopping centres, cinemas and road and rail tunnels

Conductor: Class 1/2 Plain annealed copper wires, solid or stranded, with mica tape wound

Insulation: XLPE or LSZH compound

Sheath: LSZH compound

Core color: red, black, blue, white for active core, green/yellow for earth core, orange or red or black for sheath

Max. Operating Temperature : 100 meters per roll or wooden drum or as per requirement

Production Capacity : 20 kilometer/ day

MOQ : 5000 meters for small size, 1000 meters for big size

2. Installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0°C;
